Community Initiatives, Inc. has made their services available by tele-health and telephone as much as possible. They are able to complete some medical appointments and all benefits screenings remotely. Please see below for hours and contact information:

Please note that for medical assessments and questions, patients can call the office at 864-941-7980. Appointments for nurse visits, doctors appointments, and telehealth will be conducted by phone.

For assistance applying for SNAP, TANF, Medicaid or Medicare, clients can inbox Community Initiatives via their Facebook page (Community Initiatives Inc) at @communityinitiativesinc or call 223-7472 to make appointments during the noted office hours. Translators are available if requested. Once the appointment is made, clients will be directed on how to connect. If needed, a contact person can be reached from 9am until 1pm via FaceTime at
